Holiday Return Policy

Eligible purchases* made between November 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, may be returned or exchanged** up until January 31, 2022. 

*Purchases made as part of our Black Friday/ Cyber Monday or Warehouse Sale promotions are not eligible for our Holiday Returns Policy.

**Purchases with 20% or more discount are available for exchange or store credit. Warehouse Sale purchases are final sale - no refunds or exchanges. 

Sale and Last Call

For sale items with a 20% or more discount or items purchased from our Last Call section, you may exchange for another item or store credit. All items purchased as part of the Knix Warehouse sale are final sale, meaning that no returns, exchanges or refunds can be accommodated.

Bras, Tops, Underwear, Shapewear, Masks, Reusable Pads and Leakproof Nursing Pads

All Knix Bras, Underwear, Tops (including Bodysuits), Shapewear, Masks, and Pads are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We want to make sure you can give your new Knix products time to mold to your shape and get comfortable. Do what you want to do in them, and wash them as much as you like. If you find the fit still isn’t right, message us to get a personal fit consultation before returning for the right size.


Eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and with original sanitary strip and tags attached.


Clothing items include Leggings, Sweats, T-Shirts, Socks and Sleepwear. These items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. However, these items need to be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.


The following are not eligible for refund or exchange

  • Gifts with Purchase
  • Original Shipping Fees
  • Egift Cards
  • Items purchased by third party sellers
  • Washbags

Common Returns Questions

Can I return or exchange an online purchase in store?

Yes, you can return or exchange your online order to any of our Knix retail stores.

Can I return or exchange in store purchases online?

We can help with returns or exchanges for purchases made in store as long as the purchase was made with a credit card. Debit purchases need to be returned or exchanged in the same retail location.

Is it easy to exchange items?

Totally. Just visit our return portal linked above to select your new size or style and print your pre-paid shipping label and sending your item(s) back.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

As soon as our team gets your return, you’ll get your store credit or refund within 10 days.

Can I return for a refund?

Yes, all returnable items purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund. It will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

Can you clarify shipping costs?

Knix cover the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds initiated through our Return & Exchange Portal. Exchange orders initiated through our Return & Exchange portal are also eligible for free shipping within the USA and Canada. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
